With the grace of God and considering the great interest of foreign and local researchers in previous annual IQICL congresses, we are proud to announce the topics of the 2^nd  International and 7^th National Congress on Quality Improvement in Clinical Laboratories, which will be held from 20^th  to 23^rd of April 2009 at Tehran-Iran.This congress also will be held under official and scientific  co-operation and auspices of different international and local scientific  centers, Universities and related associations.We invite our colleagues from all over the world to send their abstracts about the following topics  and also participate in the most important Scientific Laboratory event in the Middle East.
